Dr. Chelsea Lohmer graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine and has recently relocated to sunny Arizona.  In addition to her DVM, Dr. Lohmer is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. 

Prior to this, Dr. Lohmer worked with professional athletes on a mission to fight childhood obesity through exercise and nutrition programs. However, her lifelong passion for animals, science, and medicine persuaded her to the veterinary industry and she never looked back!

While every patient has a special place, she loves helping sick pets regain their health to enjoy life with their families again. Dr. Lohmer also has interests in soft tissue surgery, pain management, preventative care, and dermatology. 

Outside of work, Dr. Lohmer enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exploring the world, horseback riding, skiing, cooking, and practicing archery. 

Dr. Lohmer’s family includes her husband, a tortoiseshell cat named Penzey, and her half-Arabian/Dutch harness horse named Max. Dr Lohmer looks forward to meeting you and caring for your four-legged loved ones!
