Chelsey began working at Pima North Animal Hospital as a CSR in 2024. She is an Arizona native and attended Northern Arizona University (NAU), graduating with her degree in English Education. Chelsey taught Junior High students before pivoting to the nonprofit industry where she was in development on the fundraising side raising money for organizations like Make-A-Wish, American Heart Association, and March of Dimes. Prior to working at the hospital, Chelsey worked at the Phoenix Zoo in Guest & Member Services. A fun fact about Chelsey is she created a dog sitting business at 9-years-old that became very successful with one Christmas having over 30 dogs! Chelsey adopted a Russian Blue cat in 2014 named Gatsby. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking the beautiful AZ mountains, taking day trips up north, reading and writing, decompressing with friends, and advocating for safe hiking awareness after losing her brother right before her college graduation in a mountain climbing accident on Camelback Mountain. Chelsey loves interacting with all of the many pets that come through the hospital door and building and establishing relationships with clients.
